Our standard MOQ is 1000 bags per SKU for OEM packaging. For new customers or test orders, we may accept smaller quantities depending on the product type.

Yes. We provide free samples of most products (up to 2 SKUs), but international shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

We mainly ship from Qingdao Port. Other ports like Shanghai or Ningbo can also be arranged depending on the product location and volume.

For most orders: 30% deposit by T/T, 70% balance before shipment. For long-term partners, flexible terms are negotiable.
